| The problem Juliesusweet a dit : For ladder, you can sort of do that with a totem, how would this ladder be different? For more totems, the problem with implementing that is that it enables shamans to place too many objects down in a short span of time, lagging the game. It would be an interesting idea if enabling two totems halved the object limit. Same caveat with more than two totems. The problem with two totems that don't look the same (I presume different configurations of totems) is that it would probably require some interface changes to create two different totems (even if its just edit totem #1/#2). And the problem with object limits that I mentioned above. |

Deadlag a dit : Does it affect all mice or just a particular mouse? Either way, it would be pretty annoying for the shaman to make mice collidable in a map not designed for this. It could also be an easy favoritism mechanic if it affects one mouse on certain maps. Deadlag a dit : Way too situational of an ability, as most maps aren't nightmode. | It also might be better seeing tfm is going to focus on shaman maps a lot. Making shaman maps load more often. For example lowering the chance of mech maps to load in rotation. And instead playing shaman maps more frequent. |

| Sorry, I missed an interesting post. Paperonaruto a dit : This skill was actually in the prequel to transformice, called Fish (the Fish earing from the first April Fools Event is a reference to that game). Read about it here: http://www.transformicewiki.com/index.php?title=Transformice#Fish This might be a good idea, but I have several concerns (probably why the feature wasn't ported). 1.It could mess up the timing of mice who are doing a tricky jump. 2. It can be used to deny a last-second first (but this is easy to prevent by stoping the pause time feature in the last few seconds of the game). 3. It makes trolling pretty easy, unless you also freeze object physics (which may have been what the freeze time feature in Fish did), just cannon mice while they are frozen. It could be interesting, but lots of work to balance. Cheesehogga a dit : Could work, but might break certain maps, and make shamaning way too easy. |
