(and this is not an on topic story. whoops)

Snowflaek stared at the clouded window, drawing snowflakes on the glass. He sighed, and stood up from his frozen stool. Walking across the icy floor, Flaek opened his frosted door, and snow fell onto the emerald colored grass. Shivering, he took a step outside.
This was all new to Flaek- going outside during summer wasn't his top choice on having a good time. Cold water dripped from his hair as he sat underneath a tree. The shade was nice, but not enough to keep him cold. Flaek shivered once more.

Fierel groaned.
Summer.
Out of all the seasons, this was the season he hated most. He's already burning on the inside, sheesh!
Sweat dripped down his forehead, and he wiped them away. It's been days since he's seen a lake or a pond, let alone get enough hydration. Fierel's orange and yellow shirt clung to his skin, and his copper hair stuck to his forehead. He desperately wanted some water, even a little would be good.
Well, at least night is better. In the desert at night, it was cool. Fierel stopped by a large boulder, resting against it and falling asleep.

Flaek woke up in a small puddle.
Sitting up, he groaned. An odd feeling went down his spine, but it felt... nice. It was unlike anything Flaek has experienced before; all he felt was the cold.
Realization struck him. He was warm.

Fierel finally came to a forest, but he barely had the strength to lift another limb without wearing himself out.
Water.
He needed water.
Fierel spotted a small pond far away, and he started walking towards it, then sprinting. Fierel's energy tank ran out, and he collapsed onto the forest floor.

Flaek was walking back to his house when he tripped over something, causing him to land onto the dirt path with a grunt. As Flaek stood up, he noticed something copper. As he got a better look at it, Flaek realized that he tripped over a human being.
Flaek knelt down to the body, and watched intently to see if the other male was still breathing. After seeing the chest rise and fall, Flaek let out a sigh of relief. Picking up the unconcious male, he continued his path home.

Fierel's eyes shot open, and he quickly sat up.
His grey eyes glanced around the room examining his surroundings.
Everything seemed to be covered in ice. The only thing that wasn't frozen was his bed. He stretched his arms, and his hand hit something hot, causing him to quickly retract his hand away.
Heaters. Of course.
Fierel heard a door opening over the sound of the soft humming of the machines around him. A light blonde teenager stood in the doorway, wearing light blue and white long sleeves. Softly shutting the door behind him, the other male walked over to Fierel and forced him to lay on his back. Fierel sputtered, unsure what the blonde was doing, until he felt something cold touch his forehead.
The other boy looked down at him with a disapproving stare as he pressed his fingers onto Fierel's forehead, and Fierel glared back at the icy blue eyes. They didn't have the slightest hint of care in them. The irises were a sky blue, the closer to the pupil the color gets, the iris color becomes lighter.
The blonde's eyes flickered towards another object, and the fingers went away from Fierel's forehead, allowing him to sit back up. Realizing that he was staring at the other male, Fierel turned away, clearly embarressed.
"...Hey..."
The blonde's soft and scratchy voice came from behind him, his cold fingers touching Fierel's shoulder. Fierel stubbornly denied the offer to reply, and closed his eyes. Overhearing the heaters shutting down and the thump of feet hitting the ground, Fierel opened one of his eyes and peered at what the other male was doing.
He was walking over to something that looked somewhat like a refrigerator, and took out frozen lemonade.
As expected, Fierel thought with a smirk, but said nothing as the boy walked outside with the frozen lemonade-filled glass. Getting off the bed, Fierel stepped onto the frosted floor and walked towards a clouded window.
There were small pictures drawn on the glass, nearly gone since the glass was fogging up again. Fierel could make out a few words such as 'boy' and 'warm'. The boy must like the heat, Fierel thought. Otherwise, he wouldn't repeat it five times.
Walking back to the bed, he went underneath the thick covers and slept.

Flaek walked back inside with the now-melted lemonade cup in his hand, and he heard the copper-headed male snore loudly from underneath the bedsheets. Cracking a thin smile, Flaek went over to him and smacked him lightly on the forehead, causing the sleeping teenager to groan slightly.
Another smack woke him up.
"Really, dude?" he complained, looking up at Flaek.
Not answering-he didn't want to anyways-his question, he gave the other boy the now slightly chilled lemonade. The copper-head looked at it questionably, and Flaek rolled his eyes, and seethed, "Look, if you think that I'm going to kill you anytime soon, I would've left you out there to die." He added force into the last word.
Still hesitant, the teenager sat up and took the cup and took a sip of the juice. "It's good," he said, pausing for a moment. "but do you have anything that's not frozen, at the least?"
Flaek poked him on the forehead. "You."
The boy's expression was first shock, then confusion, and rested at doubt. "You're not implying that you're going to keep me, right?" Flaek chuckled, and gave him a look that said: Maybe... maybe not. You'll never know.
"By the way, what's your name?"
"Snowflaek."
"Like F-L-A-K-E?"
"No. F-L-A-E-K."
"Huh. Cool. My name's Fierel."
"Spell your name."
"F-I-E-R-E-L."
"Looks like our names are related to elements. Mine is related to ice, and yours is related to fire."
"Speak English, dude."
Flaek was now sitting beside Fierel, and punched him on the shoulder. "I was speaking English, Mister."
He was really starting to like this guy.
