I would recommend free programs such as firealpaca and medipang paint pro.

i just saw this rn.Can you do a tutorial on medibang paintpro if you use it?i need to learn how to do the hair.

awww, i use paint tool sai, and idk what u mean by drawing tools..
and thanke yall, and indeed ya now know how to do them eyes

By drawing tools I mean a mouse, stylus, drawing tablet. Also nice animation!

i use Toshiba tecra m4 for drawing, its with stylus^^ thanke
