could someone explain why people are trading red gifts for red gifts, aren't they the same? :/ and also what are the tickets?

If red gifts are traded for red gifts, then both of the people who traded will receive green gifts :)
The tickets can be used in /room village for the NPCs - near the left side of the map.

I opened 100 Gifts ( 50 Red and 50 Green ) and only got 10 Relics which means 1 relic per 10 gift?... lel
