I appreciate that Meli took the time to respond to us, and say that she understands our frustration. I also appreciate that they realized adding a lucky charm and if you get it you win the new title wasn't the best idea. I recognize they added one more charm to try and increase the chances of obtaining the title. They did try something at least, and that does count for something.

I'm a collector and I get a sense of achievement when I complete an event. Titles and badges. It is a little frustrating not to be able to get the title as easily as I have gotten other event titles in the past. For the regular players, and I consider myself a regular player, the <<King's Cake>> title is the only new title to us, because we have the previous one <<Polar Mouse>> from attending a previous Winter event. If I don't get it, that's the way it goes. I won't sum up the new weekly adventures system to just this one title, but if you do have to and want stick to tradition with the luck-based title for this Epiphany Event please add more charms to the event map. If possible, maybe 6 or 8 and scatter them around the map. For example, maybe one near the starting point of the map, some in the middle, and some near or around the end of the map. It'd still be luck-based and stick to the tradition of the Epiphany Event. However, it would also make things more fair, and it may quiet down the upset a little more.

Insulting the creators of this game because the event doesn't meet your standard is actually laughable... they didn't have to put a new title in at all and besides it's their game? If you don't want to play because of one luck based title, well... I needn't go on. Yeah it's a challenge to get but that's the point????????? Like jfc you expect them to hand everything over on a plate and call it a game? Some of these comments are just plain rude towards Meli and the others and in all honesty, you people complaining sound like a bunch of spoiled kids.

but it isnt just hard to get

its nearly impossible

adding 1 or 2 more charms to get it is nice of them but that doesnt make the title any less impossible to get.

Where has someone actually said something that could be considered insulting to them? I'm pretty sure it would've been moderated or the user would've been counseled on it.

That's true. That's ironically the argument I regularly make. But when a lot of people are already unhappy about the status of events, are finally happy with the last one (zodiac event) and then are given something they've said countless times they don't like...? I think people hold a right to gripe.

The only thing I wanted from this event was the cartouche, which I have. That doesn't mean I can't have an opinion and express what I feel is right. I don't expect things to be "handed" to users but at the same time I expect fairness for everyone who has worked hard.

And now I stop, lest I have some other staff member tell me I'm not being constructive.

Well seeing as their livelihood and passion is game making, being a downer on one of their fair decisions is pretty insulting I'd say :D

I would play a tiny violin but I lack the skill unfortunately. Get over it, it's a game and luck based features are quite popular. Certainly makes getting the title a lot more special.

I'm simply expressing my opinion too :) You GET prizes for working 'hard'. It's not like they made the entire event based on luck. Even then I wouldn't see much of a problem. You don't NEED everything. They put the title for those who got lucky enough to pick the right pie... sounds pretty cool tbh. No need for mindless complaints just because you can't earn one title out of hundreds on a game.

probably, but then again people could pick the cake slice before you. i wish it was indicated as to which cake was special so people would try to avoid all the other slices to get that piece.

They should at least add more charms by tomorrow so that people can actually get the title, if they really wanna satisfy us like they say, why not make it like 5-10 charms/map to just get the rage over?

You're not the feelings police. Don't tell people they can't be angry or upset because something they find fun (completing events) is nearly impossible.

Just because you got lucky with it doesn't mean a lot of us struggle. Please keep your insults to yourself when there is someone literally struggling to complete the event above your post. A lot of us like to complete the event.
