Just players, who have the golden gift badge already can't receive the title... If you have the golden gift badge already, you will receive the title after the restart...

I felt like A801 was slipping in recent years but this is just sad. With a community this large and this many affected, and you're slacking like this? I'd adore an explanation.

There's a bug that prevents old players from getting the Raclette title. It will be fixed soon, so be patient.

Probably they will add some new stuff in the next reboot, to take adventage of it and fix the tittle bug. Sounds stupid but who knows.
