Spacewind a dit : I saw this question a while back but I was busy, your question was how do you make things in Viprins Editor dynamic, which you just do by making the ground the art connects to dynamic However I think you mean seperately dynamic (not all attached to ground 0) this took me a while to figure out too, I had to go to Viprin myself Anyway, heres how First, select a line, then right click on the "layer" ![]() Next, click the arrow next to None, which is where the grounds Z value would be ![]() Then select a Z value you want, and click "Link" ![]() Your welcome! And your question isn't stupid believe me |

Spacewind a dit : Your welcome, and remember your questions arnt stupid if they are something you don't understand always feel free to ask Championrs a dit : 1 I'm not a coder 2 that map you'v been spamming around wouldn't work as you can only have 1 blue/orange colored portal out at a time a believe, try contacting a coder such as Ediz |

| Hi, is there a way to edit a map's xml if it's xml at the moment won't load in the editor? (I guess it passed the limit lol) Thank you <3 |

Epalk a dit : In theory? Yes, but it's not like it's going to do any good if the XML is over 20,000 limmit |

Epalk a dit : cut down the itemsin it so that the bare minimum is needed then duplicate grounds when in the editor |

Mousechris a dit : Paperonaruto a dit : I just needed to add Ca="' and I guess linking the art went past the limit lol |

Epalk a dit : then best advice is remove some lines and comprimise |

Monchimonchi a dit : Ok I see what's wrong, the friction needs to be restuition also the ground needs to be dynamic of some sort I believe |

Mousechris a dit : They will both work, but friction is slightly better because it doesn't have a requirement on the speed of the trigger ground to set off the 999e999 ground. (Ex: Dropping a ground with 7.51 or higher linear dampening on a 999e999 restitution ground will not make the grounds dissapear but would if it was 999e999 friction.) Mousechris a dit : Yes, specifically the red button should be dynamic and the white ground in back should have no collision with grounds. Monchimonch a dit : When infinite(999e999) friction is triggered as a non-dynamic ground or by touching a non-dynamic ground, it will compromise the integrity of all grounds with similar state(non-dynamic or negative mass). Alternatively, you could change the entire floor to negative mass OR change the 999e999 ground to negative mass; but for your purpose, the easiest solution is making the button dynamic and removing collision with grounds on the white ground behind the button. Monchimonch a dit : Here is the edited XML http://pastebin.com/JwCDPWbL |
