Requests are just 'requests'. The artist doesn't have to do them, and they can take however long they want to get to it. It's free art.

If you think you were skipped, you can go ahead and ask the artist, but if they prefer you don't post little reminders about your request, respect that. ^^

I can't belive this is still an issue, The problem wasn't you cancelling you request, the problem was the way you said it. It was rude, carelss, and thoughtless, dispite if you ment it to be or not. I personally just think you need to apogize to the artist for saying what you said to her so rudely dispite if you didn't mean it to be rude. You asked for a request and because you wern't at the top of the list it didn't get done quickly, you then said it was stupid to being waiting as long as you did, which wasn't really all that long to begin with. That is the problem and why your getting angry responses.

You're requesting someone draw you something for free, so it's rude to complain about it taking a long time, etc.
