I have a problem opening the presents whenever I clikc the 'use' it wont give me anything and I tried relog like 10 times still nothing, anyone help please? I don't know what to do

is this the same relic system as last time?
10 sets, 10 pieces to a set? or is it unknown.

From what I saw, I only got items from the last ones, orange and pink presents.
