I have one question. What does "camp" mean?

Staying on higher ground having the advantage during the fight. 

Sp camp= Using spirits repeatedly to avoid fighting

Off-screen camping= Hiding on top of the map with planks balloons. Etc and not giving the opponent a fair fight.
