Sorry, but Fashion Squad isn't staff. The requirement to becoming a staff member is age 18+ but not to Fashion Squad, there is no age limit.

I can't see Fashion Squad in the Staff section. Sentinels also have no powers in the game but they're staff. Am I right?

Since some people seem to be confused; being a member of the fashion squad does not make you a staff member. They do not gain any special powers through joining.
Players which have powers are all over 18 (due to french law) and are considered staff (admins, moderators, sentinels, map crew), as they are able to moderate the game. Vote crew don't have any powers either, so they can be under 18 (but they are anonymous)

e. Also due to this, people under 18 can join Fashion Squad.
