i tried to take tomato sauce out the Cabinet, but it doesnt work. Is it a glitch ?

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, but for some reason, this is the second time that the customer is not satisfied with my third pizza (pineapple pizza). I keep following the customer's order (correct ingredients/toppings), so I'm unsure what's wrong. Does anyone know what could be causing this?

Did you put something else? Like oregano, mushroom... The cooking time was correct??

I didn't put anything else, only added what's in the order. The cooking time was also correct, I waited as long as I did for the previous pizzas that I made (which were good and counted).

EDIT: I just noticed the preferred cooking time in the order, my bad. I didn't see it before, thought the same cooking time for the previous ones also work for the one I'm working on now. Sorry for the confusion.

(Even though I just talked to you in-game) Yep, that's exactly what I was doing wrong. Didn't notice the preferred time in the order. Thanks again for the help!
