I've noticed that sometimes you get 10 golden tickets after you've collected a clover, horseshoe or pot. Although you might knew about this but will just leave it here. Also I do not know the probability or the chances of getting the 10 golden tickets. Sometimes it just randomly gives.

I think you get it everytime you complete your adventure points for the event
