Will the way that Mapcrew review certain P#'s change? I think it should because everyone is entitled to their opinions, and that if you have more than one mapcrew reviewing there should be 3 if not possible then some mice to help along. It would be hard but atleast mice wont keep submitting maps again and again.

That's too much effort to do it every time and mice would still resubmit. Some mapcrew also do hang out when another is reviewing and/or other mice do come in.

Okay, so for a map for a friend, I wanna know how to make a ground that can keep falling off bottom of map, yet reloop and fall again from the top, again and again. @2771281 should be an example (load in tribe house)

You can't, you need too do it ingame with grounds

you can find several ways too including invisable grounds, connecting, and more here in the tutorials list Topic-247976

No, type the code into "load" in "save/load/test" and then edit the map no cheese deduct should come or new code but you will need at least 40 cheese

This^

A friendly note: I you change the XML then it might deduct cheese and create a different code. To avoid that just keep the xml onto the word pad. Paste the code back in. Then place the xml then export without any changes. So do the changes first.

Also with the 40 cheese thing as he said at the end. Yeah you must have 40 cheese in the shop to be able to export any kind of map. If Map export cost 5 cheese then you would still need 40 cheese in shop as that is the default.
