P17 - @5628991 - There's an invisible ground on this map interfering with gameplay. I don't think it's fair for players to hit a ground that they can't see while playing without knowing what's going on - in racing. I believe that many people have already been confused losing speed on this path inexplicably (just as it has happened to me) and that shouldn't happen in a race. Some people know about this and avoid it so I don't know if just editing it would be fair. Refused a dit : We've seen this map play in public and even though it may not necessarily get as many completions as other bootcamp maps, players have been able to complete it so it is fine to keep, it's not that easy but also not that precise We have agreed to keep it. Mousechris a dit : In all five tests that were run, both shamans were making sure that both sides get to the cheese and the hole at the same time so the right side was not in disadvantage. While it is very possible that a shaman can help one side first then the other, it looks like it does not happen as often as expected, after all the shamans are supposed to kind of coordinate with each other to help players equally which is by working together to place the portals to help both sides since each shaman spawns on a side (does not necessarily happen all the time, but it does happen most of the times). It is alright to keep. |

@188816 - P4 It's possible to fall through the holes at the spawn and the cage itself is difficult and annoying to escape. (The map doesn't use portals) @173694 - P8 The map can be solved with one ramp and it doesn't require two shamans working together. Other than that, the map is boring and not worth a high-perm, in my opinion. The wood ground at the spawn is also fake since it has the properties of an ice ground. @7204093 - When you spawn cannons between the wood and ice, there is a high chance the map bugs and puts everyone and everything in the corner of the map. An easily solution could be to remove the ice's collision with grounds. |

@2583379 this map basically has no gameplay, if it was up to me I wouldn't even have it permed, but at the very least it should be either P7 or P17, there's really no need for a shaman, and with most of the grounds being ice and 45 degree grounds anyway (especially the ones that matter the most, aka the floor), it would be quite hard to sham on the map to begin with, so I really just dont understand why it's P9 @1917949 the mech can break, when it played in room 1, it got stuck on the right side, resulting in the entire room not being able to get the cheese @5197572 this map would work fine as P5 for the christmas rotation, however for regular rotation, which i confirmed with Stefan it is infact part of, the map is bland, poor gameplay and even poor art, I suggest moving this map from standard rotation to the christmas rotation, it doesn't really fit the standard rotation from it's very solely christmas theme anyway. @7777777 p17 - as much as i like this map it feels very inconsistent in terms of executing the ideas. the beginning is very luck-based, midpart until cheese is generic and nothing new was brought by this. the ending is also very bad because lava near 60 deg ice near the hole is very strong and it's impossible to predict that it's this strong. overall this map is medium quality and not something worthy of high perm, sorry though. also it feels like this got permed only because of the cool code. I hope you don't treat this post differently because there are many maps, I thought twice before adding each one here and left many others out that were not such a big problem to not make the list even bigger [P4] - @188816 - Sometimes a mouse can get through this hole and have advantages without effort. ![]() P13 /P3 maps: @296020 - After using the second tramp its possible to go back to the start and use the tramp near the spawn again and easily go straight to the cheese later. @485994 - There's a hidden ground here that can interferes with the gameplay of the map. ![]() And the left part can be skiped: ![]() @184868 - Offscreen gameplay / Offscreen sc. @999963 - There's a sc that skips all the right part of the map. @1494499 - Its possible to hit the corner of this tramp and avoid all obstacles on the right side of the map. ![]() @322922 - Here you can hit this lava corner and go straight to the cheese. ![]() @1255359 - there's a sc that skips all the bottom of the map hitting the lava corner here: ![]() and it's possible to reach the second platform using the tramp on the lava without speed, so there's no need for more than just sliding on the ice near the spawn and going there (without to use the choc on the right) @1134969 - Offscreen sc. P17 maps: @571512 - On this map it's very difficult to make the central lava obstacles in the right way and the first try, i'ts also very annoying and slow to recover after making mistakes. Offscreen sc: @3953425 @195720 @586688 @1338000 @1632746 @211528 @2170077 @425771 - I think it's very difficult for those who are not used with this map to hit the corner for the hole in the first try if there are many players offline because the nicks will limit the clear view of the ground. @521931 - [P10] - I also want to report this map. It has two floors long enough to complete the entire map making it difficult to push mice down. Also, the rats camp easily on the edges of what I can't even call a shaman cage, and if the shaman wants to drop them, s/he has to use spirit or go to the edge of the cage (usually the mouse climbs up again until this happens). Also, as eremia mentioned, in addition to there is fake trampolines, you can't stop when you move because the inside of the cage is completely made of ice. I also witnessed in a room where this map was working, a mouse camped on the edge of the "shaman cage" and spammed balls into it making it impossible for the shaman to move. Also, since the floor below is taller than the one above, those who fall down go up again and again, it is almost impossible to kill them. Some of the maps previoqusly reported have been 'depermed'. If this map is not going to be depermed, I think it definitely needs editing. (sth like add ice to edges) |
