I think they're ehlinn on deviantart but shes gonna redesign them cause people were hating on her for "copying" water dogs which she didnt know about

umm so they might not make any in awhile but once they make the watercats they might be an open species instead of closed hehe

(water dogs are a closed species which is kinda stupid since its unoriginal and anyone could think of it.. plus theyre so expensive)
