I hope this problem does not come back again

It's every few days back that problem

It seems this basic issue is not yet fixed. While the connection from Egypt is now fine, quite a few people from Japan and Oceania(Only Australia?) have started having connection issues again. It occurred 6 mins ago that 5 friends of mine got disconnected at the same time. They are still able to log in, but are having much higher ping than usual.

I really hope this bug gets fixed

game ports listen on 444, 44444, 44440, 5555, 3724, and 6112. It's possible your ISP is blocking those ports, but I don't see a reason for them to.

I wouldn't recommend using a VPN because that's what ban evaders use and if you login with a banned IP, then you won't be able to login.

Have you tried connecting to a different server (international) rather than just using the arabic server?

I don't even enter on "Transformice" 's arabic server,i always enter the "International English" server,and.. I don't know about ISP,IP or VPN,also,the game now works well :P

That was most likely just the game going down for maintience, I don't think the EN server players have any issue.

About game crashing,I don't have issues in that

The game is listening on 443 too. It's also the SSL PORT. I don't think the ISP is blocking that port (and it's not listening on 444)

I don't know what happened :-(
