I use Medibang PaintPro for PC and iPad and my mouse. But sometimes I like to use my tablet, which is a Wacom Intuos Pro [Small Size, not a screentablet]

Paint tool SAI! For my tablet I use a wacom intuos small, the $70 one.

gonna be getting photoshop CS5 soon, and i use an Ugee UG-2150 21.5 inch grapphics monitor

Autodesk Sketchbook is free now so that will be interesting to try out
