I really love Paint Tool SAI it is really easy and you can do so much stuff on it and it is even better than photoshop :3 (well to me anyways owo)

your SAI is probably the old one, since the new one has the option for PNG.
maybe you can scroll around google and search for it (pirating ehuehuehue)
