I think their talking about how people don't like this update, and how people didn't like the song 'Friday' either.

Its all about interpretation.

A lot of games have skill trees. I just don't really see the need for it in this game. Maybe in their next game, but not Transformice.

Most likely bwtween Friday-Sunday, since the last time Tig/Sydo announced they said next week which could be one of thoes days. Ahh well can't wait.

Infact it's possible that even if the update is ready by Friday that they might hold off until Monday to release it. Releasing such a large update on Friday means any teething problems will either have to be patched during their time off or left until Monday.

I totally agree with this. Keep in mind that there are lots of complications with leveling, including managing the additional data server side and ensuring that it saves/loads properly, ensuring each upgrade works as intended and the leveling interface works as intended (tigrounette personally commented that this was what they were working on and it was very hard), creating graphical assets for the levelups, etc. So for people who are enthusiastic about this, be patient. Realize that software updates can take longer than intended, that the devteam is working really hard to bring you this new update. Personally, I would rather have a polished update thats later rather than a buggy one thats sooner, even if it means that the devteam can't keep their promise of having it by "next week".

Don't mind waiting, blah blah blah.

I'm curious of why an RPG aspect has such a negitive influence on people in this game, it pads around in my mind quite a bit..
