Good idea, but what if people want to find out who is the leader of the tribe?? For example, you have a tribe greeting message and it says "Hello mice! Welcome to our tribe! The Spiritual Chief is Prettyxmouse and the Tribe Shamans are Missxluv & Boothyalex!" Now there they would know who is the leader and co-leaders, but if someone changed their names.."Hello mice! Welcome to our tribe! The Cake Hugger is Prettyxmouse and the Oreos are Missxluv & Boothyalex!" Now, here they might be confused. Why? Because they might see this as a joke, that I am a "Cake Hugger" and Missxluv and Boothyalex are "Oreos" and Might not know who they are.

I find the ranks to be rather boring and the fact that you cannot change them is pretty lame. Changing them would grant each tribe their own little atmospheric ambiente.
In contray to Prettyxmouse I believe that confusion can be easily avoided by replacing the rank with the term "Leader" or "Leaders" and also informing members on the tribe forum and such.
