It takes patience, determination, and the integrity to get these items where you are at. The shaman coins seem to be the easiest, however, but stuff like bootcamp and racing coins takes a lot of time if you are not skilled.

I got «World Explorer» and the Pinata orb from the Halloween Chest so far.
«Earthworm» and «Jack-o'-lantern» are from the slots. «Jack-o'-lantern» is from the 3rd slot. I'm guessing «Earthworm» is from the 2nd.
