When we kill the cat for the third time won the pumpkin head.

Killing the cat for the 3rd time gets you the pumkin head, just played it.

I don't know how, but I got pumpkin head somehow during this event. 1 hour ago I was wondering how to get it, but all I've done was the cat boss, ghost/skeleton whacking event + only slot machine 3

It seems that you get pumpkin head after beating the cat boss two or three times. People say three, but I could of swore I only did it twice.
