For some reason I can't download and install the standalone. My Norton antivirus says that it is not safe therefore it has been removed. Get Norton the hell off your system. It's worthless. Problem should be solved afterwards.

I've cleared my cache and waited over 3 hours, but I still get "version incorrect". Best of all is I doubt anyone really checks this section of the forum.

What if I told you staff don't look at this topic or the forums every single moment of the day? You also posted this at a time when majourity of English speaking staff are asleep or working.

Then it either means that Transformice is understaffed, or admin isn't allocating its staff hiring properly, or that the admins don't think that getting the extra staff to cover the 1/3 of a day that people might need help is worth it. I was able to talk with Barrydarsow on cheese.formice around 4 hours into my trouble, but even he wasn't able to help me.

I don't think it's excusable that it's been 8 hours and counting and I haven't gotten a helpful solution [or even a "We've seen your problem and we're working on it," for that matter] to my problem from a staff member, since it's already a third of the day. "We're asleep right now" isn't a good excuse, since it's only so easy to hire people who live in various parts of the world. Also, Sunday isn't usually a work day. *cough*

There is nothing mods or sentinels can do; we cannot help you fix version incorrecte except advise you to clear your cache, restart etc; all the usual stuff (which is detailed in the OP). The admins are currently busy with the Japan Expo so they're not going to be checking the forums during the day sorry.

Right. You probably already read my original complaint; I did "the usual stuff". I'm just annoyed that my weekends are incredibly cramped, and the little time I alot for "Transformice" doesn't fall in place because of a connection error, and everything falls apart. I accept your seemingly insincere apology.

Oh, aren't you that one sentinel who locked my thread instead on big/anti spirit of answering first? I would have much appreciated getting an answer on that thread before you locked it.

Talk to a Mod on IRC about it. If you or your brother haven't hacked then a Mod should be able to sort it out for you.

What exactly is the issue you're having? If you're using a 3G network I would expect there to be dropouts though.

I've not been able to log into my account at all and heard of the following rumor in Transformice's Facebook page comments but I'm not sure if it's really true but I do not think that it is true:
[Tigrounette] Os hackers invadiram nosso sistema de novo, não temos nada à fazer agora, infelizmente Transformice faliu. Todas as contas foram excluídas.
[Tigrounette] Hackers broke into our new system, we have nothing to do now, unfortunately Transformice went bankrupt. All accounts have been deleted.
Could anyone check it out?
