Congrats Jamii! I can't really think of anyone else I'd rather have join the map crew (who isn't an ex-map crew member). You know a lot about maps and I'm sure you're more than capable enough of handing out advice and judging maps. I don't know where one might get the impression that you have a bad attitude from but I personally haven't had any bad experiences with you. Also pls jamii was an ex-kitten, that is close enough.

I'd say your first Map Crew application, if you can even call it that. Not to say you aren't qualified, same with Pik. You both are well beyond qualified for the positions, it's just ironic that they deny two people based off of what is conceived as attitude problems, or inability to put biased opinions aside.

Prior to Map Crew existing he always helped me/Tumm when we'd go through all of the bootcamp map submissions. And lately I've been slacking on rotation perms so I asked Fireburner to bug me to join his room when he's testing them. And when I do, Pik is always in there helping us to test too. :)

Kind of unfair to use direct interaction with the staff in someone's favor when others just simply aren't welcome to things like that.

Jami is a complete sweetheart who is more than knowledgeable about maps. Can't go wrong with him o/. And Pik will bring that "player" perspective to Map Crew that is so desperately needed. If anyone deserves it, it's him--he's been so helpful since even before map crew existed. It really feels like the perfect fit. I've never been so excited about two new people ever, and I can't wait to see who is added next :)
