Perhaps there is a mathematic symbol on the right side of the portrait and we can't see it yet. And, just a wild guess, perhaps the enigma answer is the number of days TFM exists? We'll have to solve an equation probably, I am just guessing that's the result.

Rings from Elisah's ears disappeared, like on statue from Carnaval Event map ( https://transformice.fandom.com/wiki/Carnaval_de_Rio_2016 ), also hairs from earring disappeared - it happened to Mirolle's tail decor on special birthday map. Hourglass don't have any card, like Elisah painting, maybe it's because they are someway linked (They both had a role in Easter 2017 event - https://transformice.fandom.com/wiki/Easter_2017 ).
