People do it on DA trace a picture from the movie itself and then offer it as lineart and people color it in. So if they do it i didn't think it was wrong :I besides it was from the acutal show

It isn't (or shouldn't) really be allowed anywhere. And I usually don't tend to pat people's backs for tracing pictures.

I'm with Smalltoes on this. I don't really like how people trace over other art to let others have it. It's like how people color in a lineart and sell it for real money with points or paypal or something. Like, all they did was color it. You could do that yourself. Just get MS Paint which is completely free and comes with Windows.

And also, i just use SAI to draw. As much as i see how amazing Photoshop is, it's looks too complicated to me. So many buttons, so little time ಠ_ಠ
