I reported it when the command came about and reported again to have it unlocked but nothing was done.

Well, not really. Penta might be gone, but the rest of us will still be keeping an eye on reports until a new RO Sentinel is hired. So just report any bad threads/posts as usual (though giving a reason in English will help a lot) and we'll do our best to deal with them.
