I feel like nobody really cares but let me tell you anyway, Loic my soulmate started drawing !
Which is great. He's started drawing a few weeks ago and well he's doing great.
It's really cool that people actually start to be interested in drawing because of y'know, some guy that you know from the internet like me.
Someone from FR told me that she started drawing because of me and she is grateful. A friend of mine (Zaz) also confessed that she was like that girl too like three years ago. Pretty cool to see that I inspire people, just letting you know that, haha.


Anyway, he made an OC and because he's still not very good at drawing bodies, I helped him out with designing his character, which is supposed to be a Fox wearing a Egyptian-feeling-cloth and I turned it out into a Anubis looking ... wolf or something. Doesn't really look like a fox but it's supposed to be one, haha.

Also with the tattoos thing Loic thought it would be a great idea if he could basically, be either gender (but he's still a "he" right now). It might be magic or something that'll make him change sex but one thing for sure is that he wanted him to have a ♂ and ♀ tattoo on his thighs and then the gender's tatoo he'll portray will turn blue.
Very sketchy first ref so far and also a female! version of Ânkher to show that is something possible but I think we'll need to work on the design again sometime. I should talk to him about that. ^^

Really proud of that Lineart. The colouring is kinda shit tho.
I focused so much on the Lineart to be honest. For once I used a smoothing of 10 instead of 0 or 1. Which is quite an improvement. x)
Lazy shading leaded to shit colours but yeah, let's say I just don't know how to colour this flashy green.

Well anyway turns out she wanted to marry me or something and she decided she'd protect me from the bad guys, so here take a bunch of doodles inspired by my late night chat with her.

Huh, so recently (yeah like two days ago while watching the football finale) I've been up to drawing with my pencil again, haha.
Turns out I actually like to sketch things, I think I'm a bit sick of digital art, mostly for the whole lineart process thing (well actually, still having trouble to colour my drawings), so I thought I should mix those two mediums together so stay tuned for that !

Last drawings I'll be showing ... Two headshots which I used refs to help me with anatomy.
Pretty much the same mistakes every time : face too thin, or rather I'd say, not large enough ?
Still struggling with eyes and eyebrows... let's not talk about noses (actually proud of these !) and lips. xD
Turns out I still don't know how to draw men's short hair... That's why my friend Chab who has been cartoonised here has a muffin instead of actual hair !
