I don’t think so. If you’re already denied, it would be very annoying (if I were the person going thru the applications) if you just kept reapplying. I think you can reapply next time applications open; seems reasonable.

Unfortunately, no. There are just so many applications we receive and if we were to allow people to keep reapplying after refusal we would never get through them all :( It's just best to wait until the next time applications are open!

Players receive a reply within generally 4-6 weeks

Impressed it isn't a ignore since that would take quite a bit to reply to all of the applicants. Unless in the Fashionista sector there is not many people who applied for this in the first place
