First of all, I am sorry about the long time it took to post the review, I got really sick and I wasn't able to do anything during this time. Left as is: @7777181 - Xaxadoooooo#0000 - Em primeira mão, assim que carreguei o mapa, eu achei ele bastante interessante, carrega uma ideia bacana. Porém, durante os testes, muitos shamans tiveram bastante dificuldade ao completá-lo e a taxa de sucesso foi baixa. Além disso, apesar dos pesares, é um mapa que necessita fazer uma ponte e rampas para os queijos e toca. Eu diria também que o uso do dodue não foi muito proveitoso nesse mapa uma vez que estão bem próximos um do outro e não exigem muito do(s) shaman(s) para com suas habilidades. Em uma nota lateral: o desafio pode ser facilmente cedido com as habilidades de queijo grande, quebrando parte do desafiio. @4548682 - Viniciusdara#4015 - O design desse mapa leva a um conceito já ultrapassado, nós já temos vários mapas que dependam do shaman para construir por entre gaiolas e espaços livres utilizando portais. Todavia, de uma forma geral, o mapa é bastante linear e não apresenta bons suportes para construir nesses espaços mencionados, o tornando chato de ser completado e também deixando as estruturas muitas vezes instáveis, o que não é nada bom para um mapa que dependa de construções dos shamans. @4901444 - Ifo#4275 - O mapa basicamente consiste em construir uma ponte central e uma rampa para o queijo e outra para a toca, o que não é tão interessante para a atual rotação. Além disso, os espaços são bem curtos e apenas algumas tábuas são capazes de resolver o mapa. No entanto, há uma certa dificuldade por parte dos shamans para começar a construir visto que os planos de suporte são todos inclinados e isso pode atrapalhar no começo da construção, até se obter uma isntabilidade. Ademais, esse mapa se parece visualmente com outros já em rotação. @6999326 - Ifo#4275 - The map itself is not that bad, however, the wind is way too strong to build on this map properly and it doesn't actually need more than 1 shaman to make it in a good time. Also, the way you placed the dodue cheeses on the map wasn't as good as it should once they are linear and it doesn't demand much of the shaman to help the players catch them all. @7786218 - Stovedove#0000 - Once the shaman stabilizes the big plank the map becomes super easy to be completed with only a few planks and the entire challenge is solved in just a few seconds. Also, the cheese is very close to the chatbox which is not so good while building, because the one mistake is enough to make the structure unstable and leads to the player mass death. Besides that, it is a mono solution map which makes it boring and repetitive with the time, affecting the replay value. @7790207 - Stovedove#0000 - This map would also bring nothing new to the rotation that we have never seen before. It is very simple, linear and the map layout provides a short gameplay which is boring. Besides that, the paths are unbalanced and it is more comfortable for the shaman to go to the cheese facing the cloud ground in the middle (which limits the diversity of buildings on this map) than find somehow to deal with the plank on the map. @7782009 - Portwave#8221 - The map design makes the map very cramped and this is not good for maps which depends on the shaman to build on it to solve the problem, mainly if it is going to depend on two shamans: one mistake is enough to block the passage and ruin the entire map. Moreover, all the shamans need to do here is build a ramp up from the very bottom to the top where the cheese is, in the next time you submit a map for a shaman-category, make sure the shaman is going to be the main challenge and add different paths for him to follow or obstacles that are going to increase the gameplay (but all balanced). @7785631 - Hackdesamba#0000 - This map would fit the Shaman (P4) category better. Click here to access the Shaman (P4) submissions and have a proper review. @6224799 - B_Ootcamp#8312 - A "graça" de usar dodue se dá ao fazer uma boa distribuição dos queijos no mapa, fazendo com que o shaman trabalhe em soluções legais para alcançar os múltiplos queijos, como nesse caso os queijoes estão próximos, isso não demanda muito do shaman. Além disso, o layout do mapa não traz nada de muito novo para a rotação, é bem simples e gera uma construção também simples. Ademais, o lado direito do mapa não é muito usado, estando focando no lado esquerdo/centro, apesar de ter mais de um caminho a seguir. @6939768 - B_Ootcamp#8312 - First of all, the map layout provides a very mass deathly gameplay due to the acid grounds and this is not good at all for shaman categories. Secondly, once the players can't touch the acid and the acid grounds also didn't collide with grounds other grounds they become pretty much useless on this map and the gameplay will be focused in the very middle part of the map, offering just a boring and mono solution map. @7759237 - B0wl#7075 - Mice start this map at a very unsafe position due to the length of the ground they spawn on, being easily killed with one or two consumables. Likewise, the ground where shamans spawn is fairly small and provides very little support for them to start their builds, especially considering that it's surrounded by ice grounds. Both shamans are spawning at the same location and as they don't have much space there, it becomes a hassle for them to be building too close to each other. There's also an unnecessary and almost negligible amount of horizontal scroll that can be very annoying when building while moving around the middle section; I'd suggest you to remove it, since the map fits the default proportions just fine. @7788107 - Dextech#0000 - It's not a good idea to have both shamans spawning together and too far at one extremity of the map as it was done here. This is because as shamans usually tend to split up their work, one of them is going to be wasting a lot of time just trying to get to the side where mice spawn or they could end up dying or killing the other shaman while trying to cannon themselves to the other side. Besides that, there's not much challenge to this map, most shamans are just going to build a huge bridge at the bottom or effortlessly work with a few ramps leaning against the ice grounds at the right-hand side of the map. The gap in between the cloud grounds also makes for a very automatic solution if you're taking the upper route as shamans can simply put a plank there and it will be enough for mice to get across. @7788478 - Godmcb#6577 - Despite the concept is slightly similar to one of a map we've recently added to the discussion, the idea is still interesting. However, it was not very well explored with the current design. Shamans will mostly be doing quite straightforward build through the shorter paths without having any significant disadvantage and, as a result, the map would be very unbalanced and the longer routes would remain unused. Additionally, the shamans' spawn on this map doesn't seem to be working correctly. @7788865 - Godmcb#6577 - By virtue of the great number of support grounds present on the left side of the map, building there becomes quite undemanding, not requiring more than a couple of planks following a forced path. Considering the circumstances, there's not much motivation for the shaman to choose for the path going through the chain of cannons at the beginning. Another issue worth mentioning is that mice can complete the map by themselves on the way back to the hole, as 4 of them carrying the cheese is already enough to push the cannons out of the way. I'd recommend trying to apply this concept to another map with a new layout. Additionally, as in the previous submission, the shamans' spawn doesn't seem to be working correctly; make sure that there's a number after the tag for the second shaman spawn in the XML ("<DC2.../>" for example). @7701343 - Newen#6196 - Even though there are several spawning objects that were supposed to indicate the collision with the grounds, it's still a bit confusing because, by convention, hollow grounds have always been used to represent anti-clouds, so it's advisable that you replace these kinds of rectangles with normal cloud grounds. Furthermore, the layout on this map encourages nothing more than a really long diagonal building with ramps to the hole or an arched bridge with ramps on both sides and the circle grounds on top of the cheese/hole do not pose any considerable challenge for shamans to face. @7788696 - Bhvana#0543 - Trying to build at the bottom-right portion of the map is really annoying for shamans without a large summoning range, since the colored rectangle has no collision and there's nowhere you can stand still without the wind pushing you to death. The cheese is also not very well positioned, as it's too close to the ice wall, which makes it cramped to build there and limits shamans' creativity. Finally, the shaman that builds for the cheese will have to do a lot more than the other one, who just needs to make a simple ramp up towards the upper platform, so it's not a very good cooperation map in terms of task division. @7710801 - Refused#6163 - It's a cool vanilla parody and it's a nice surprise effect at the beginning of the round, but unfortunately it doesn't fit the P8 category very well as it doesn't really encourage any kind of productive cooperation between the shamans. In addition to that, even experienced shamans seemed to struggle a lot to get past the cloud ground and building to the cheese was awkward due to the area being cluttered with all the objects accumulating there. @7789693 - Hackdesamba#0000 - This is a very overused layout, resembling several other maps already in rotation. The building path here is also pretty uninteresting, looking almost the same on both sides and without much room for diversity. This is an immediate consequence of making your maps too symmetrical. Further, there is an offscreen shortcut at the top that allows the map to be completed building only for one side. @7511960 - Namelessh#0000 - The map layout makes it unbalanced. It is much easier for the shaman to build a small bridge until the cheese on the left side, without any obstacle, than build a ramp up until the cheese on the right side meanwhile he has to be careful with the players spawn in the bottom part. Due to this fact, the dodue wasn't a good option here. Besides that, the map would offer nothing new for the rotation, the possible solutions are very simple and the cloud grounds limits the diversity of buildings on this map. @4595214 - Namelessh#0000 - You have made the same mistake on this map: the way you used the cloud grounds limits, in this case, even more the options building on this map, leading the shaman to build pretty much the same thing, which is not good at all for shaman maps. @7769502 - Bautipro#5357 - The mechanism works fine, however, this kind of map tends to become repetitive with the time once the players will have to do the same thing always. Also, it doesn't challenge the shaman properly, they don't even have to build. The next time you submit a map for the shamans (P4 or P8) categories, make sure the shaman is going to be the main challenged. @7792422 - Eginixbexem#0000 - We have already a few maps with a design very similar to this map in the current rotation. It would add nothing new to the rotation, all is need to be done here is build a very long bridge and a ramp up to the cheese and hole. The ice grounds in the top are occupying a lot of space and they are useless, try to use get ride of them and use this space to add different paths to follow or obstacles that are going to increase the gameplay of this map. @7792784 - Eremiaovidiu#0000 - The map design makes it repetitive once the shaman will always build the same thing, in other words, the map is mono solution and this is not good for the shaman categories. The cloud grounds on this map weren't a great addition to the map once they are limiting, even more, the options of building, it looks like they are just on the map to fill the empty space. Try to remove them and add different paths to follow, it is going to increase the gameplay value and make your map better. @7792852 - Eremiaovidiu#0000 - First of all, you can find the Tutorial of how to add the shaman spawns yourself here (post #2). Secondly, the bottom part of the map is very cramped and the shaman can easily block the passage without intentions and ruin the entire map. Thirdly, the gameplay is very poor, the shaman just needs to build a bridge on the bottom part of the map and then a ramp up in the platforms and then another ramp up to the cheese. In fourth place, an offscreen gameplay can be done on both the right and left sides because there are no walls, and the water, which is the main obstacle, can be avoided. Last but not least, it is not needed 2 shamans working on this map. @7793600 - Zetdey#3845 - When I first loaded the map I thought it was going to be interesting, but turns out it is just a repetitive linear bridge + a ramp up map and this is not interesting for the rotation. On a side note, the bottom left side it not even used and the map doesn't need more than 1 shaman. @7796263 - Fastyle#0000 - In the first place, it is hard to build on, mainly for divine mode shamans, in the bottom part of the map due to the lack of good supports. Secondly, an offscreen gameplay can be done on the right side of the map, because there is not a wall. Also, I noticed that there are some maps in the rotation that looks very close to this one, try to be as original as possible while you're creating your map. @7796267 - Fastyle#0000 - The shaman only needs to build a very long bridge in the bottom part of the map, linking one platform to the other and then build a ramp up to the cheese (this ramp is going to be unstable because there are no good supports for it on this map) and finally go to the hole, in other words, the map is pretty linear and offers nothing outstanding. And, like in the previous map, offscreen gameplay can be done here too, on the bottom right side, on their way back to the hole. Try to add different paths to follow and some interesting obstacles to improve the gameplay of your maps. P1'ed: @1987698 - Viniciusdara#4015 - O mapa apresenta uma ideia bastante legal e funciona bem, mas não é tão desafiador para ser parte da rotação de P8, exige apenas construções simples e apenas 1 shaman é o suficiente para compeltá-lo em tempo hábil. @3392440 - Lei#0020 - O mapa foi bem executado, mas não apresenta nada de muito atranete ou inovador para a rotação em si. Apesar de ser um mapa para dois shamans e apresentar mais de 1 solução possível, ele ainda se trata de um mapa de "botões" que com o tempo ele perderá o seu valor de replay e vai consistir em sempre ser completado da mesma forma. Contudo, o mapa ainda é equilibrado por entre seus caminhos e como disse, funciona bem em salas normais. P1. @7796148 - Karaka#0647 - The map works fine, but at the same time, it doesn't demand much of the shaman while building, it is just necessary to think a little. P1 will do.
