i do actually like these , and i wish you'd do more on other subjects , as well. not to suck up, but i enjoy your insight [ and occasional venom].
the star-system is arbitrary and near-useless , but......

vision: based on follow-up , so only 4
originality:based on follow-up, but well-expounded on , so 3.5
technique:lacks expansive panorama in 36 shades of orange . 3 stars
impact: i loved it. it amused the hell out of me while covering what is most annoying about feedback and critique systems. a full 5 stars!

like many realistically grounded artists, i'm my most harsh critic . i feel that nearly none of my work, other than a few mildly interesting items is worth putting up; and i tend to give my work to anyone interested in it [ that got me on an fbi watch-list for a couple years for being published in a "questionable" periodical :) ]
nevertheless , i'd agree that any artist asking [ or receiving unasked ] for comments and critiques needs to cave a barrel of salt handy.

'cause if you aren't using a pinch for the comments, you can mummify the bodies...

can someone critique this? be as harsh as you need to

Just a quick critique, but there is too much fluff in the neck in my opinion (and there's no fur anywhere else) and the tail and front feet are way too thick at the base and the tail is very short. Also, the feet would have to be longer because they make the mouse look like it could fall very easily. (and the position of the hand's and the whole pose make the mouse look a bit weird).


Oh and, I posted this a few pages back and didn't get any critique so i guess im trying one more time?? And i think its bc there was right after 2 pics of mice posted under it

sorry it's not tfm art ill try to post mice next time

hh i like this drawing a lot >w< nice anatomy, but the pose looks kinda unrealistic. it doesn't look like running or walking. IF you tried to make it look like running, the back legs should be closer each other. now one is too high an done is too low. the tail is looks also somehow weird to me. but i like the way you drew the head, body and neck nvn

^I know he said it’s jumping, that’s why I put drawings of a fox (The first one) leaping and the second one was a dog (which is a canine) jumping as well. I added to GIF because it shows a (I think) wolf jumping.

Even if the first picture I put is a ‘chibi fox’, it still shows the anatomy of one jumping

The second one shows in four drawings a dog leaping, four positions it has when it jumps

The GIF shows a canine jumping, which could help her/him get the position better if she’s/he’s trying to get a certain position of the dog/fox/wolf jumping

All the pictures shown ARE canines jumping, or rather leaping. In fact all 3 examples are helpful.
The 'Chibi FOX' is just showing a cartoon-ish idea of how the legs should work, it may not have any structured anatomy, but it still shows the squeal of how a movement of a fox works.

Taking it as a fox:
Knowing you are a great wolf drawer, however though Foxes are different
each species have slight difference and it is best to look at references and study them instead of relying on what you have been practicing the same thing over and over.
But i do see some edits in there, which is a good job :D.. soo.. lets get on with redlining ><

All canines have ears facing the front, it was odd that her right ear was sticking out, that also gave its odd wide head.
Also for foxes, their snout are actually shorter than wolves, their hind legs bengs much more far back too.
Also i realise you tend to draw canine necks too long (or too forward), making it shorter might help i guess ><
so yea!

I'm unsure if this is a coyote or a fox?
Since Fierying covered fox, I'll cover coyote. But truth be told from my point of view the only issue I see is coyote ears are a big longer. So in the end, I'm nitpicking. I'm quite sorry. q.q

Can someone criteque this drawing? I think it’s my best so far :D

(PS: Dont say it doesnt have a neck. It does have a neck. Shutup. PPSS: I know the clouds/background arent too detailed... I’m pretty limited to tools in SketchBook Express)

Also, I DO notice the front paws are a bit small... :P

I feel like this is significantly better than your last post, however there's always something to improve on.

The tail is kinda small, but that may be a preference. The ears were a little stiff looking; try giving some more curve to them. The bit that needs the most work is the legs and paws. Yes, the paws are kinda small, and they also seem to be... non-existent. It's like there's the arm going down and then -- suddenly toes! There's no paw to make it clearly distinguished from the arm. I'd also like to note that the back paws shouldn't have that back toe, but the front ones should, like a thumb. EDIT: I also meant to mention that the back-right leg is angled awkwardly. The paw isn't really facing the right way. The bit between the heel and feet is also somewhat short.

The only issue I see with the background is the color of the clouds. Their color is a bit too saturated, and perhaps they should be less round. Not all clouds are poofy lumps.

Overall, good job.
