YEAH ABOUT 20 MEDALS TOO MUCH

Anyhow, due to all the latency issues it's hard to tell if the pilot is incompetent or if the wind is too strong, as well as the power bar not accurately reflecting the actual amount of gas being pumped into the balloon...

Actually the event is easy if everyone do their work good. I had some bad luck at the beginning, but much later I got to a good room and got 5 ribbons there.
Just make a room with 6-8 people and be sure everyone have the experience of the event.

Things will get easier after you give the event a day or two and people get more accustomed to the mechanics, but for now, more often than not expect your balloons to roll off the platform and explode. :)

To be honest my only gripe with the event is indeed the afk shams. I played it a few minutes ago and although we didn't get anywhere and I can see how the mechanic is tricky, it's not impossible. Just gotta get used to it.
