Every Windows users have Notepad, for Mac users they gotta go to a web or they have a Notepad kind of thing program.

If you don't have Notepad, just use some other typing program thing.

As in change the greeting?
If you have the rights, you would have a button that says "Change the Greeting Message." You are then allowed to add,delete, and change some content.
I have all the rights in my tribe, because of course I am chief.
