If you need to speak with them privately either
1. Get a email or phone number ect.
2. Get on transformice (the game) and p.m. that person.

P.S. transformice isnt down too often, and if it is, it wont take that long to start working again.

Email or phone would work but still what if we dont have it? Exactly, get on the game? Down? It could be down for a long time, remember it was once down for like a whole night. You are missing the point. Plus more supports than non supporters, and if you dont like the idea of Forum Friends then atleast PM on forums.
