Why did archives get banned?

Archives was an open account (meaning his password was out there for everyone to use) and someone decided to hack using it.

Anyway I'm with Jacob on this; it's pretty ridic that an account that is KNOWN TO BE SHARED was never DQ'd. Either Sourdough didn't care or mods didnt (since last I knew mods handed lists of people to be disqualified to Sour).
