I asked a helper of this bug and they said people are gonna restart the fourms to fix this problem.

Well, when an update comes, I managed to change my avatar without error.

Just saying but it works for me.

I was starting to think it was something on my laptop.

That's currently the only known fix, is when they update or refresh the forum. It's known what resolves it, this topic is just here to ntoify how many times it happens.
