I suppose it would be nice as long as we're able to see that an ignored person posted something.
Like "[Ignored name] posted something. (click here to view)".
Otherwise, it would cause rare confusion if you posted after an ignored person (without quoting) which would make it look like you're replying to them when you're not. xD
