In short, it's an autocomplete of usernames from your friend list and in current room as you type (just like when you get a list on Google when you try to search something but this will be in flash)

Well, he showed the image with the friends list just to show that guy is related to him, and since I didn`t see it anywhere else, I suppose nothing is going to pop up

~Will it pop up the friend list and/or tribe list when you use this feature, or will it just take names without bringing them up?
~Will the second [TAB] stroke only count when one name is showing, since the second [TAB] stroke would put that name in chat?

The friend / tribe list shouldn't pop up of course. As Polypopu said I only showed it so you could see it gets it from friend / room / tribe list. The second <TAB> stroke could count as well, for example it could take the first name from the list, that being the bottom one as it's alphabetically sorted.
