I have that too... xD It hasn't given me any viruses and its technically the real thing...
I love sai and i use it for all my drawings ^^

For transparency check if your background is all blank(only white is shown) then saved it as .png, when a little pop out that "says pixel format" comes out you click 32 bpp ARGB (each pixel have opacity) or just call it the second one.
And ta-da! Your transparency will come out as this(I used one of my art trades for this example):

^But it doesn't have the PNG options so I use photoshop to clear my backgrounds (interlace when saving as PNG)
