We will not add new titles in the near future. This kind of added incentive leads to too much cheating.

These plans change so often and often for such tiny reasons.. Besides that, often it's just one admin liking the ideas; it may very well be that the others are against it. As such it's easier to reject than to 'accept' suggestions as they're unlikely to fly even with just one admin against it.

On top of that I wonder what would happen if admins went over a list of things they liked again. I have the feeling a lot of the things that are now listed as favoured would no longer be so.

Lastly, as already mentioned, it's a long road from someone liking a suggestion to wanting and planning to implement them, just like it's a long road from wanting and planning to implement an idea to the idea being a soon-to-be-implemented feature as the OP suggests these ideas are. As an example, I'm pretty sure changing your username for fraises was mentioned pretty shortly after said fraises were introduced. Does that make name changes a soon-to-be-implemented feature?
