I guess usernames can be "pro" in a sense that simpler and more appealing names like "Mouse" or 3-letter-names usually belong to players who have signed up a long time ago; nowadays it's getting hard for new players to find a username at all - all the "good" names, especially short ones, are already taken. So if you see a mouse with such a name, it's often an older player with lots of experience.

That's the only kind of thing that can make a name look "pro", in my opinion.
