Yes, please. Whenever I receive a whisper from someone who is silenced it is either because they forgot that they are silenced or they are doing it specifically to annoy me. Then I get annoyed and /silence, and then not even well-intentioned mice can whisper me. There is no reason to continue to allow silenced people to whisper others.

/Support. When I do this and they already blocked/silenced it, it kinda makes me annoyed sometimes.
