1. u need at least 1 person to have already entered the hole
2. sometimes icecubes just fail
3. there's a lotta shaman glitches in the world this might be 1 of them



U just need to be patient, it'll work. :)

You need to be waiting from mice go to in hole, if mice goes in then just use IceCube to frozen the mice, it must be ALREADY WORK. Thanks for glitching report.

This happens to me a lot
