im currently working on mech and would love to have it completed, however i can't redistribute because a. i need the skills on windmaster becaue im so used to being able to spawn while moving etc. and i wouldn't adjust easily to being without wind master skills b. i worked on spiritual master until i maxed out instant-hole and revive, as well as collecting the chefs cheese thing, as those are pretty useful skills to have. paget |

Hey I saw my name here! Does that mean I'm famous-ish? :D I'll make a Spiritual Guide thread soon to lure your customers away, but the Mech tree is also nice, yes. It complements the skills I already have and that extra range really allows me to solve maps faster. Here's a look at the mech side of my skills: Unlike most people who go mech, I didn't get Anti-spirit, anvil upgrades, choco/ice planks, and transparency changer. Before, I had anvil upgrades, ice planks, and 1 transparency changer, but I decided I didn't really need those since I could shaman well enough with regular shaman items and skills from different trees. I got three stable runes to activate no-B in hard mode [my totem has a cloud and a red anchor], and use clouds to send obstructions to 0,0. This is an effective substitution for the demolition skill, so I only got three of those. I got rid of transparency changer since I decided after playing around a bit with it that I wasn't really using it. I already had a lot of stuff on my shaman items list, and didn't want the extra clutter, so yeah. Anvil upgrades for me is expendable since I already have cannon upgrades, so I decided to switch the points over to balloon upgrades just to diversify. Oh, I also like how the Mech tree is the only one that doesn't have the "force the mice to dance/kiss" skill. It's really more of a novelty, but not-at-all helpful for getting saves. |

Seeteegee a dit : How is the bloons useful @@ |

Paperonaruto a dit : *are I'm still in the experiment stage of this, actually. I think they *might* be useful some day in case some stubborn mouse doesn't know how to climb ramps or in a tight spot or something. Anyway, here's a nice mech-solution I've developed in my triberoom/shamanlab: Step 1: Attach plank to the small platform as shown. Step 2: Delete the tall wood ground. No sweat! |

the speedy bloons are less useful than chocs and ice 's in my opinion. |

Paperonaruto a dit : Again, it's about space management for me. Just look at how much stuff I have to look through to get access to the stuff I need: Adding two new items, neither of which are that far better against regular planks, isn't worth the cost of additional space/scrolling. The choco and ice planks may be more useful, but I already have clouds and planks to serve that purpose. The *absolute* benefit of choco and ice may be superior to balloon upgrades, but for me the *incremental* benefit of balloon upgrades outweights those of choco/ice planks. |

Seeteegee a dit : add more weighted cannons... -o- solved ice planks arent to useful compared to choc ones in my honest opinion |

I was playing on my alt and I just can't. Omg. I blew up the entire map and imagined running over all the mice that would have been down there. I can't stop laughing. I had too much fun. |

After making a new thread for the same purpose by mistake; Seeteegee reminded me of this one that I'd already created! Forgetful me. So I figured I'd bring some new material to this thread and watch as the 'new' thread is locked. This build started with me jumping down and spawning my totem. My totem consisting of a b-plank and a stated rune attatched to it to make a safe platform that suspends itself in the air. I carried on from there. |

Hatoncat a dit : just saying. ive never seen ctg using totem in his SG build demonstration lol i believe a pure build with mech items is more convincing |

Takumisyn a dit : Thanks, I made it up just then. :D Kyklos a dit : Thanks Kyk~ You forgot to mention that my totem is the greatest engineered vanilla totem in existence. xD Here's my map 99 Mech solution without totem [as usual]: :B |
