I've been doing it without the ability to test : ) Eventually we may have the ability to run Lua in tribe house, so you will be able to test it there |

Jaackster a dit : Believe it or not, that is covered in the FAQ. As said, it will also be available to everyone in the future as Fxie said. Sydoline a dit : He didn't ask for you to be his friend, silly! And no problem for the FAQ, I sincerely hope that it will help some people out! |

Shamousey a dit : I thought modules will only run in tribehouses. Not our own minigames o.O |

Beachking a dit : You will maybe be able to load your own scripts in your tribehouses. But nothing is sure at the moment. |

Beachking a dit : It seems I worded my last message badly. They will only be available in tribe houses in the future, everyone won't be able to run their own module as the Lua Team currently can in any #room. Unless of course there are different plans. What I meant, was that the question Jaackster posed is already in the FAQ. |

Will normal players be able to suggest their own code and hopefully turning it official? Talking about the future anyways. |

Holomouse a dit : Well if someone writes their own minigame using the documentation and resources available here, they have a higher chance of having proved themselves and getting on the team (although not guaranteed of course). They could also ask for an existing member of the Lua Team to run it themselves and make it official if it came down to it. |

Holomouse a dit : If you have a good idea and actually can and want to implement it, you should simply consider to join the team. If you can't join the team because you are e.g banned from the game/forums you can ask a current lua-team member to get your script official. In such situations the script would have to be above average though. |

Shamousey, Why are you doing this FAQ, just the "team Lua" can use /Lua? It would be better to create this FAQ later, no? |

Luukaszika a dit : I created this FAQ due to the lack of any sort of discussion about it on the forums or any reference point, while I know that several people wanted to know more about it and how to go about creating their own minigames. I believe Sydoline will make an announcement and small FAQ when it's officially released to everyone. |
