As I don't see the harm, I also don't see the need.

You can tell from people's saves/hardmode saves which shamaning mode people use to the most. If you wonder what mode they're using right now, you can just wait until the player's shamturn. I just don't see what extra information this feature would add to our knowledge that you can't find out another way.

People, the person who started this did not mean preffered mode. He/she meant the mode currently used. It would help because in the event maps, I'm sham on hardmode & everyone is spamming me with SP SHHAAAAM SP HERE SP QUICKHURRYUPSPSPSPSPPSP, It's quite annoying. & for some reason, nowdays, I cannot see the large bead associated with hardmode. Better yet, it should be next to the username when player is sham, like the skill icon.

/support yea i hate when people are like "Sham sp me" then im like "I cant im hardmode" and they are like "No your not sham sp me!"

or when they go like "OMG noob sham!"
but if they add this, you're going to be like "Dude, look at my profile. It says i'm in hardmode, so don't call me noob."
