no support, plus with the new update u can change chiefs anyways. if u were the last person, the tribe probably died

No support because, If im a tribe leader and don't want my tribe anymore so decide to leave and let it die out slowly, I don't think some random person should be able to take control of it and be able rebuild it again. Some tribes have reputation. If the tribe leader WANTED someone to rebuild it he would give someone a rank that could do so.
