And you have to put [ url=] (without space) instead of [ url] (without space)

that kinda broke it...

If you're trying to do it, it should look like this:

{url=}{color=#00D0FF}Text here.{/color}{/url}

Just replace these {} with these []
and replace the color code with the one you want.
