Also, it wouldn't really be unfair.

There are tons of titles that is unobtainable by mice who joined late, and we can't really make it so that new players will be able to have everything either.

Also, The reason I'm excluded contest titles is because most people don't participate in them anyways, so most people wouldnt get it anyways.
